Refund policy

Can I return an item?

We accept returns for a full store credit on full priced items subject to the following conditions: 

  • Item/s are returned within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The product is unwashed and in original condition.
  • Item/s must have all tags/packaging still attached.
No returns on sale items or for change of mind.
 
If you have met the above criteria, please email hello@heymummaco.com.au and we will happily organise your store credit once the item has been returned back to us. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

I received a faulty item. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty we are happy to help you out with a replacement or refund if the product you have purchased is:

  • Significantly different from the description shown
  • If it is faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

AFTERPAY AND ZIPPAY

You are only eligible to receive a full refund via Afterpay or ZipPay if the goods are faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced or are not as described.

 

Do my payments stop if I return an item I brought on AfterPay or ZipPay?

You still have to continue paying your payments as you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away. Credit notes last for up to 3 years.
