Christmas Preorder Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Hey Mumma Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Pre-Order Basis

1. Christmas pyjamas are sold on a pre-order basis.

2. Payment is taken in full at the time of order to secure your items.

3. Pre-orders cannot be held without payment.

2. Estimated Delivery Dates

1. Estimated dispatch for Christmas pyjamas is by the end of November 2025.

2. This date is an estimate only and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays outside of our control.

3. Customers will be notified via email if significant delays occur.

3. Shipping

1. All pre-orders will be shipped using your chosen shipping method at checkout once stock has arrived.

2. If you order in-stock items with pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

4. Cancellations & Changes

1. Pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind, as production quantities are secured based on confirmed orders.

5. Returns & Exchanges

1. Once received, pre-order items are subject to our standard returns policy.

2. Returns will only be accepted for faulty or defective items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing once pre-orders have been placed, so please choose carefully.

6. Communication

1. Customers will be updated via email on key milestones, including dispatch confirmation once orders have shipped.

2. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout so you don’t miss important updates.
